From Head Coach Michael O'Neill...
"We started the game really well tday and took control early on. In all honesty, we could of shown more cutting edge in the final third as we didn't create too many clear cut chances for the amount of possession we had. Second half was a lackluster performance as we failed to keep the ball and create the much needed momentum to get back in the game. The goals we conceded were sloppy on our part and we need to learn from those mistakes as we prepare for a very good GVSU team on Friday night."
Saginaw Valley is on the road again Friday (Sep. 27) evening as they take on Grand Valley State University. The teams will square-off at 7:00 p.m. with live stats and video available on the SVSU women's soccer schedule.
