From Head Coach Louis Barrow
"The lads were fantastic today; hardworking, industrious and intelligent. Our game plan came to fruition and the lads executed in fantastically. We just lacked a little composure and quality in and around the box. Things just don't seem to be falling for us when it comes to scoring goals but we have a great set of boys and we will fix that. The lads are all pulling in the same direction, which is the most important thing."
The Cardinals host Alderson Broaddus on Sunday (Sep. 15) afternoon in another tough regional match. SVSU will take on the Battlers in a 4:00 p.m. match at Braddock Field.
